Check-in and Check-out

The rooms are available from 2 pm onwards, however if they are ready before we will happily give you the key.
Our objective is to make sure you don’t have a boring wait and to give you access to the room as soon as possible. If your room has not been used the night before the day of your arrival, you will find the room ready as of the early morning. Otherwise, we will make sure that it is cleaned and made up as soon as it has been vacated.

If you would like to take your time when you travel and arrive in the morning even if the room is not ready, you can check into the hotel, leave your baggage at reception if you wish to, park your car and have a stroll on the beach.
On the day of your departure the rooms must be vacated by 10 am.
However, if you would like to spend the last day with us, we will be happy to look after your baggage.

How can I pay for my stay?

You can pay by check, credit card (Mastercard – Visa) debit card or cash.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF CACELLATION IF WE LEAVE EARLY?

If you leave before the departure date, we will ask you to pay for the room for a maximum of 3 nights in addition to the nights you have already spent at the hotel.

CAN I GET TO THE HOTEL BY TRAIN? IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT OR STATION?

By Car
The A14 Motorway RIMINI NORD junction follow the directions for BELLARIA IGEA MARINA and at the second roundabout, the one with Strada Statale (A Road) SS-16, take the second exit towards the sea. At the last small roundabout (on the sea) turn left and continue along the seafront, go straight on, and when you get to Beach 82 turn left onto via Quintiliano, and left again onto via Virgilio, take the first road on the left via Tacito, and we are at number 10!

By Train
Bellaria Igea Marina is on the Rimini-Ravenna coast line. The hotel is near the Igea Marina station and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. (200 m approx.) Alternatively, you can get to the Central Station in Rimini, and in the square opposite the station, take bus no. 4 towards San Mauro Mare (every 20 minutes approx.) and get off in Igea Marina at bus stop no. 39.

During the summer there are many coaches that link our town to other major towns in Italy, especially in the north.
Alternatively, we can provide you with a shuttle service upon payment from the Station in Rimini and from neighbouring towns.

CAN I BRING PETS TO THE HOTEL?

Your furry friends are welcome !. They can stay in the room with the owners who are responsible for them. They are not allowed in the restaurant. You can take your friend to the beach with you, on the leash and under the umbrella. In the hours ranging from 19 to 7 in the morning, dogs can walk with you on a leash and even take a bath. At the nearby Parco del Gelso there is a clean and shady walking area. We ask you to notify us of any requests at the time of booking.

Wi-fi

The hotel has Fibre Optic Wi-Fi. To connect you only need to register with our network by filling in your name, surname and email address so you can surf freely and free of charge.

Car Park

There are 2 free car parks available to guests. One is adjacent to the Hotel and the other one is about 500 m away. When you arrive, you will be given a Hotel pass at reception, and after check-in you will be told where you can park your car easily. The car park, which is 500 m from the Hotel, is fenced and insured.
