We are committed to making your holiday sustainable. It is an ethical and concrete path aimed at respecting the environment and all of us.
Less pollution
For several years now, we have eliminated plastic bottles for beverages in our restaurant, and we are committed to moving towards the complete elimination of plastic.
We actively take part in separate waste collection and encourage our guests to do the same.
We prefer locally sourced fruit and vegetables, ideally grown using low-impact farming methods, thus reducing pollution caused by long-distance transport. For the same reason, all our suppliers are local.
The new air conditioning systems in the common areas and in many of our rooms use eco-friendly R32 gas. Thanks to Nanoe™ X technology, they also help purify the air and inhibit many bacteria and viruses.
We use concentrated, low-impact detergents, and all guest linen undergoes sanitization treatments. We encourage our guests to use towels responsibly. We also use recyclable paper placemats and napkins.
